Rationalization movement

INTERPIPE NIKO TUBE has successfully introduced a rationalization program. The major objective of the rationalization movement is to turn the improvement process into a natural and integral part of work of every mill’s employee.

The program is implemented under the following principles:
 
  • There are no absolutely perfect processes and mechanisms – there is always some space for development and enhancement.
  • Every employee can and has to submit offers on improvements.
  • Every implemented offer is a profit for both employee and the Company.
  • Not a single productive and efficient idea will be lost or forgotten.
  • Rationalization plan is just a bottom limit – there is no upper margin.
Based on every rationalization offer implemented the employee gets the author’s fee for submission and use of such rationalization offer.
